Because our products are personal care and cosmetic items, we adhere to strict hygiene standards.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging.

Return Process

Contact us at sarasworld2025@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and the reason for return.

We will send you instructions on how to return the item.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or denied.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to SARA’S WORLD. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person ordering products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Product Range

SARA’S WORLD offers cosmetic products under its own brand — including lash serums, brow serums, and soon a lash-lift kit. The products are intended for beauty care. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the product information and follow the usage instructions.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through our website.
Payment is made at checkout using the available payment options.
We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of payment issues, incorrect information, or other relevant circumstances.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We only ship to addresses within Norway.
All shipments are handled by PostNord.
The risk for the item transfers to the customer once the package has been handed over to PostNord.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging, unless otherwise stated in the product specifications.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us in writing within the deadline.
You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Once the returned item is received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within a reasonable time, no later than 14 days.
Products that have been used, opened, or clearly worn may be refused return for hygiene or safety reasons.

6. Warranties and Defects

Our products are supplied in accordance with the agreed description.
If a defect or fault occurs, you must notify us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after the issue was or should have been discovered.
We will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
We cannot be held liable for consequential damages not directly caused by our delivery.

7. Privacy and Cookies

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) and our Privacy Policy available on our website.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Users must give consent where required under the E-Commerce Act.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profit resulting from the products or delayed delivery, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the relevant product.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you via our website or email within a reasonable time.
Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated terms take effect.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are governed by Norwegian law.
Conflicts between you and SARA’S WORLD should first be resolved through negotiation. If that is unsuccessful, the matter may be referred to consumer complaint boards or the courts.
